legal question I have received a verbal notice to attend a disciplinary hearing for an alleged transgression that happened in Aug19. I have not been given any formal notice or what the exact charge or evidence found to support the charge.
Can they charge so long over the transgression?
Should I not get 48Hours excluding weeks notice in writing?
Should I not receive the evidence that the company will present to be able to prepare for the hearing?
