What will you do?

Responsible for assisting in a variety of assigned legal projects. Prepares legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, stock certificates and other securities, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds and trust instruments for review, approval and use by the Legal Advisor. Prepares affidavits of documents and maintains document file.

What will make you successful in this role?

  • LLB
  • Admission as an attorney/in the process to be admitted as an attorney
  • Knowledge of the legislation regulating the Short-term insurance industry
  • A minimum of 2 years legal drafting experience
